Scout Radios Adam caught up with Sophie, Jewan, James and Milly from Unit 22 the Might Ducks from Devon Scouts and Southwest Guides at the World Scout Jamboree, he asked them about their thoughts on the opening ceremony…
“absolutely amazing, we were right at the front” “we all pitched in and made it the best opening ceremony I have ever been to”
and the best moment of the Jamboree experience so far…
“whole good vibe and everyone so happy” “the trip to Hiroshima was quite moving” “culture day”
They continued to describe the Jamboree in their best 3 words with fantastic responses, and went on to encourage future scouts to attend the next Jamboree, also interviewed during the UK event Run To The Fun 3 and had a message for those at the other event which was broadcast on Jam FM the event radio station.
