The Golddiggers are from North Wales and have coupled with a group from Bermuda to complete their unit. Alistair has most enjoyed the epic scale of badge swapping on site and Rhian thinks the best thing about the Jamboree is meeting so many new people from all over the world.

‘I think its the whole atmosphere of everyone getting on, just walking to the shower and passing 50 odd people speaking 50 different languages.’

The Golddigers are looking forward to the closing ceremony but not eager to be going home, Alistair appears to be considering a move to Japan!

‘I’m not coming home, I’m staying out here, I love Japan. ‘
