WSJ2015: Unit 34 Shirefolk

Scout Radios Adam interviewed Ashleigh, Daisy and Alex from Unit 34 the Shirefolk at the World Scout Jamboree 2015

The unit have been having a great time saying its been good meeting new people and cultures, when talking about the best bits about the Jamboree,

“having the bond of scouting means that everyone is so confident and you can just go up and meet anyone you like and have an amazing experience”

“the best experience was climbing the mountain”

“visiting the Japanese school because they were so excited to see us and we got a real dive into Japanese culture”

they would recommend their fellow scouts to try and aim for and apply for the World Scout Jamboree 2019 saying that its a fantastic experience that shouldnt be missed.

They had also had their Home Stay experience and discussed what a fantastic and interesting opportunity it was.
