The Scout Association is working hard to support leaders and adults within Scouting, and Gilwell Reunion was the place to be this weekend to find out more.

Glenn from the Regional Services team highlighted the need for the support team to be visible, not only at events like Reunion but in other way through the support material
It’s no good having a new adult in place if there’s no support there to back them up
The teams were keen for adults to come forward if there was anything they needed a hand with, from adult training to sourcing new leaders and resources, as well as financial help for Scouts and adults to participate fully.
