The Muslim Scout Fellow attended this year's Gilwell Reunion running an activity to teach Beavers and Cubs about prayer and sending a message out to the world. One of the main events at Gilwell Reunion each year is the Question and Answer session.  This year Chief Commissioner Wayne Bulpitt and Chief Exec Matt Hyde, were joined by UK Youth Commissioner Hannah Kentish to answer any questions that attendees had.   We were on hand to record the full session. On Saturday 27th June over 100 Scouts took to the streets in the annual London Pride parade.  This has been the 7th time that Scouting has been represented at Pride showing the world that Scouting is an inclusive and safe place for all members, young and old to be themselves. Scout Radio were in attendance for the morning meeting along with Dean Jefferys, Region Commissioner for London and Jagz Bharth, Deputy UK Youth Commissioner, as they rallied the troops for the parade. Before the parade set off there was time for the participants to network and share stories, as well as some bacon sandwiches!
