A fantastic weekend at Walesby Forest - Cubs 100 involved the young people having the opportunity to present their own mini shows on Scout Radio live across the site and online. Those Takeover shows saw the young people talk about all their experiences of the event and scouting. At Gilwell Reunion 2015, Dan from Scout Radio found out more about Cubs 100 which is taking place across 2016. https://soundcloud.com/scoutradio/what-is-cubs100 There are 4 strands to Cubs 100, the first being 'Our Journey' which is about activities and getting out throughout the year being active. This strand supports all areas around the programme from anywhere to getting wet and having fun, to exploring the woods and even hopefully brings in new ideas. Rudyard Cubs Shropshire 100 Cub Challenge

Like lots of Cub Groups celebrating 100 years of Cub Scouts, they are undertaking 100 challenges. A couple of the challenges require help from other groups; Writing 100 letters to 100 different scout groups and swapping 100 group name tapes which they can then sew onto a camp blanket. This is were they need your help!
