We recently caught up with Paul Thompson the Camp Lead for OxonJam to find out what’s in store for those headed to the event.
“highlights i know a lot of people have seen on social media are minitanks, but we also have lots of traditional activities such as axe throwing and climbing”
There are also some really innovate activities on site like Microsoft are due on site doing some really interesting stuff with tech and apps.
The evening activities are set to be bigger than ever before at the county’s camp, highlights such as multiplex cinemas, beatbox and BMX stunt riders.
The theme of the event is Hollywood with each of the sub camps having a different theme and even the adults getting involved as well, the theme will be part of the entire event from activities to evening entertainments.
“the opening ceremony which is fancy dress in your movie theme so that’s one of the best areas that people can link to the theme”
You might even hear your favourite movie theme of Jam FM during the weekend.
Dont forget to pack your radio, as you will be able to hear us throughout the weekend on 87.7FM onsite and in the surrounding area, and online on jamfm.org.uk
