Reunion 2015: Scout Radio from Reunion

Its Gilwell Reunion 2015 weekend and from looking at the programme its going to be a fantastic weekend. Scout Radio will be there all weekend bringing you the best bits and more of the weekend for those onsite and for those that couldn't make it. We will be broadcasting LIVE from the training ground Saturday 10am - 4pm and Sunday 10am - 1pm, you can listen live by our studio, or online via the scout radio website and of via mobile / smart phone app "TuneIn". Throughout the weekend we will be interviewing and releasing podcasts & articles about the event and some key people and things going on, after the evet we are aiming to release loads of podcasts & articles hopefully one for every stall and EVERYTHING that happened at reunion. Gilwell Reunion is the 4th to 6th September and is a fun weekend full of activity, workshops and more aimed at the adults in Scouting. Scout Radio spoke to Jess the Deputy Reunion organiser to find what its all about. Gilwell Reunion 2013

The Scout Radio team returned to Gilwell Reunion for the second year, in 2013. Once again, we were broadcasting from the training ground, both to the leaders and adults enjoying the atmosphere of the weekend on site, and those tuning in from home through the web. On Saturday, the broadcast ran from 10-4, while Sunday saw a broadcast from 10-1.30. Campers were also tuning in on their mobiles through the free TuneIn app, spreading the broadcast across the camping areas. With Gilwell Reunion playing host to many interesting visitors and groups from both within and outside of Scouting, we tried to interview as many of the exhibitors as possible - and you can catch the interviews on the website.
